啊，又被自己折磨到了

又在胡思乱想些乱七八糟的东西。我咋就这么喜欢折磨我自己呢。很多东西都是没必要想这么深，这么远，这么消极的。也许是因为我还没有能力去消化掉这些外界带来的干扰。有时候明明想的是这样的，但是做的是另一件事，这也许就是表里不一？

啊，没办法，我还没有办法完全忽略掉这些感受。

所以，与其让他们在脑子里不停下来，还不如打字记下来。打字记下来让我能有时间慢下来。而且这种方式真的对我有很大的帮助，至少会让我专注的打字，不去想这么多东西。

我做的这些事情，真的会伤到其他人吗？会吧？

假如真的伤到其他人了，他们会怎么做，他们也会像咱这样吗？

应该不会吧？

也有可能就是，人家根本就不在意这些东西。完全就是我自己折磨自己。

而且，其他人也确实没咋折磨你啊。

这好像就是道德？

我感觉我自己就是一个没有道德的人，但是不知道哪里不道德。就是总是会有人看我不爽，我也总是有看别人不爽的时候。

如果我能退出这种心里的斗争，那么从某种意义上来说，我也就不会认为其他人都是恶意的。其他人确实都不是恶意的。我相信其他人都是善良的。不过当我回忆起某些人的时候就不会怎么觉得了。我可真是混蛋。我在这里自我折磨的时候，说不定会有些人在暗自窃喜。我居然会这么想，我确实够混蛋的。

赤兔，赤兔，我该如何避免这种事情再发生呢，无数次我以为能够控制好自己，却无数次的又被打倒。我的内心需要一个坚实的东西抵制住这种外界的压力和内在的折磨。

倘若我能完全不去思考他人的想法，完全我行我素的话，我确实能过得很快乐吧。不能。

你为什么会因为一个陌生人的言语折磨自己这么多啊。想不通。这可能都不是在抱怨别人的。可能就是自己想要折磨自己，自己喜欢折磨自己。这不好。快停下来。
